Let’s cover all aspects of How to take your CBH Energetics Homeopathic and Herbal Remedies

Homeopathic remedies are one of many earlier holistic practices that originated in the late 18th century from a German physician named  Samuel Hahnemann. The word “homeopathy” comes from the Greek words “like” and “suffering”.

Homeopathy is based on something called the Law of Similars. The theory behind this is that when a substance in large doses causes certain symptoms, in small doses it can cure these same symptoms.

The practice of homeopathy is based on two fundamental principles.

  1. The first is “like cures like” or “similia similibus curentur.” This principle theorizes that a substance, which can cause symptoms in a healthy person, can also “cure” similar symptoms in a sick person. For example, if a healthy person experiences symptoms like runny nose and watery eyes after chopping onions, a homeopathic remedy prepared from onions may be used for patients with similar symptoms caused by a cold or allergies.

Please note that CBH Energetics does not diagnose, treat or cure any disease. We always want you to visit a licensed healthcare practitioner if you suspect a health issue.

  2. The second principle is “the minimum dose.” Homeopathic remedies are prepared through a process of serial dilution and succussion (vigorous shaking). The aim here is to reduce the amount of the original substance to the minimum possible while retaining its therapeutic properties. This extreme dilution makes the remedies safe to use, with little to no risk of toxicity. Homeopathy is safe for children and the elderly.

Understanding these principles is essential to grasp how homeopathic remedies work. They are the bedrock upon which homeopathy stands, guiding how remedies are prepared and to be used.

While CBH Energetics Homeopathic and Herbal Remedies are based on these principles, there is room for modifications!

What are in Homeopathic Remedies?

Homeopathic remedies can contain herbs, scarcodes, minerals and even minute parts of microorganisms that may cause a reaction in the body. An example would be the remedy LYM Combination. Which contains minute bits of Anaplasma Phagocytophilum Nosode, Bartonella Henselae Nosode, Borrelia Burgdorferi Nosode, Ehrlichia Nosode, Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Nosode, Morbillinum Meningococcus Nosode, and Hepatitis B Nosode. A nosode is a homeopathic preparation from a diluted and potentized substance derived from pathological tissues, discharges, or causative agents, used in homeopathy for therapeutic purposes.  Remember the concept of “like cures like”.

Homeopathic remedies may be on your report for a variety of reasons.

  1. They can be used to support a variety of health concerns that may be present at the time of testing, both indirectly and directly. Perhaps you have a lingering cold and still decided to do a Full Scan hair and saliva test with us.If a remedy such as Sinus Tox balances, this is directly supporting the sinuses, whereas a remedy like Immune Support is supporting the common cold, indirectly through the Immune System.
  2. Homeopathy really does offer a remedy for practically every health issue. Homeopathic remedies can be used alongside conventional treatments. They are generally safe and non-toxic, making them a viable and gentle holistic remedy. You may see homeopathic remedies instead of herbal remedies if there are medication concerns or if someone is breastfeeding, or is very sensitive. It’s always wise to consult with your prescribing healthcare professional before combining treatments.
  3. Homeopathic remedies can also be used for emotional support. They can also boost your emotional state which does have a direct effect on your Nervous System, Digestive System, Endocrine System and even Immune System!
  4. Flower Essences are homeopathic remedies that support emotions in pets and people. They are taken just like any other homeopathic remedy, outlined below.

By addressing imbalances in your body before they manifest as health issues, homeopathy can contribute to your overall health and longevity.

How to Take CBH Energetics Homeopathic Remedies

Homeopathic remedies traditionally should be taken away from food, drink, toothpaste and mouthrinses. Your measured drops should be put under your tongue. There are a lot of blood vessels here that aid in quick absorption.

Your instructions will be on the bottom of your report, just like this sample Full Scan Report.

Typically, setting these up for your morning, before your coffee or tea, is the best. Additionally, you can take them in the afternoon, evening, or just before bed. Try to take them at least 20 minutes away from food and mint.

We have some clients who are sensitive to remedies and supplements, including homeopathy. In this instance, you could start with just one formula per day with a small amount. You do not have to start at the full amount. Even one drop can be used effectively, while you work your way up to the full amount.

For infants, putting a drop on the bottom of the feet can be a great way for the remedy to be absorbed through the skin, without ingesting alcohol.

If you are worried about the alcohol in any remedy, you can put all of the drops together in an ounce of hot water, let it cool, and then drink it down. The hot water and time to cool will allow the alcohol to evaporate out.

SSR Kits

As we mentioned earlier, these homeopathic remedy kits are in a class on their own and are used differently than a typical tincture. They are designed to support your immune system by decreasing symptoms that may correlate to chronic infections. An example of this would be a virus like EBV or Epstein-barr virus. This SSR kits, or Series Symptom Relief, is generally taken longer and requires taking all of the other remedies that balance within the report as it is a very specific regimen. SSR kits should not be taken by themselves.

Taking your CBH Energetics Homeopathic and Herbal Remedies.

Herbal remedies can come in a variety of ways, including capsules and tinctures. Herbal remedies have been used for centuries in many cultures to support health ailments, and increase wellbeing.

They offer a natural and holistic approach to your health and in harmony with the body, nourishing and supporting your own natural healing processes. The principle behind herbal remedies is that they work on the whole body, or particular organs systems that may be the root cause of the problem you may be having.

An example would be liver support and acne.

One of the key ways that herbal remedies work is through their effect on our body’s signalling systems. Our bodies are made up of billions of cells, and these cells need to communicate with each other to coordinate their actions. Bioenergetic testing works like this as well! We look at the communication of organ and cellular systems through the unique energy that comes with each system, and each person.

How do Herbal Remedies Work?

Many herbal remedies work by interacting with our bodies’ signalling systems. These signals are regulated by a variety of chemical messengers.

Certain herbs contain compounds that can mimic the action of these chemical messengers, triggering specific responses in the body. Others may block certain signals, preventing specific reactions from taking place.

Some of the same remedies can work to adjust a system, or help that system adapt to, say, stress. These are called adaptogens.

There are hundreds of different herbs that can be used as remedies, each with its own unique set of benefits. They are combined based on properties, energy of the plant and synergism.

Many of you have taken echinacea, which is known for its immune-boosting properties, and chamomile, which can help soothe digestive problems and promote relaxation. Echinacea leaves or roots may be used and contain compounds that can stimulate the Immune System, helping the body fight off infections.

Remedies like ginkgo biloba are used to improve memory and cognitive function. This remedy  contains antioxidants that can protect the brain cells from damage, potentially improving cognitive function. It is used in many Nervous System and hormonal blends.

Chamomile contains compounds that can relax the muscles of the digestive tract, reducing cramping and discomfort. This also comes in an essential oil to use topically or to diffuse for emotional relaxation.

Herbal remedies can be taken in a glass of water, typically after your homeopathic remedies are taken. They can be taken on an empty stomach.

As for alcohol, the same guidelines apply. Just put your remedies in an ounce of hot water, to let the alcohol dissipate.

How to Take Your CBH Energetics Nutritional Supplements

These are some of the easiest remedies to take, as many come in the form of capsules, liposomes, and nutritional powders.

Depending on the type of supplement, it may be taken with or without food. It is always helpful to read your CBH Full Scan Report to check each supplement. This is where you might see multivitamins, or Multi Trace Minerals balance as foundational support for your body.

Specific support for organs or organ systems may balance, for example, Spleen LF or HPA Axis LF.

There are supplements that may be best taken with food, and some on an empty stomach like GALT fortifier.

Our nutritional powders are easily taken in a glass of water, or mixed into smoothies. While they do not replace whole foods, they can be of great assistance to someone struggling to get all the nutrients they need in a day, or for someone who battles chronic illness, needing even more of a certain nutrient.

We would also put digestive enzymes in this category of nutritional supplements as well. Our digestive enzyme blends such as Catazyme U are blended with gut soothing herbs like slippery elm for leaky gut.

Lastly we have liposomes, in liquid form. These supplements are a type of nutritional product where active ingredients are encapsulated in tiny lipid spheres, and used for optimal absorption. To take liposome supplements, these are best to consume directly and simply hold under the tongue for roughly 20 seconds for optimal absorption. If needed, it could be mixed with a small amount of water or juice to mask any taste or texture issues.  Don’t forget to shake the bottle well prior to taking it, and read the label to see if it is a formula that needs to be refrigerated.

Do I stay on the same regimen of CBH Energetics Homeopathic and Herbal Remedies?

Many people find a regimen that makes them feel drastically better, and they do not want to stop taking it.

Or they take it for a few months before testing again. When it comes to testing bioenergetically, you are able to see what your body needs at that time and when given such a powerful and customized regimen, the body will shift quickly.

With these shifts, you can also anticipate your regimen needs will shift as well.  This is why we think it is best to take any CBH Energetics Homeopathic and Herbal Remedies for 30 to 60 days before testing again.  If you are ready to embark on your journey of creating balanced health, be sure to check out our testing subscription to save on both testing and remedies!
