I’m so glad that you have found CBH, as I am so grateful to have discovered them, too! After a few years of no real answers for my own health, Samantha and CBH have played an integral part in my healing journey.

Looking back, I grew up thinking that steroids, injections, and inhalers were just my way of life. It was manageable, but I never felt great. Eventually, the headaches and anxiety during college became more than bothersome. I began studying nursing at Gonzaga University, and then in 2007, moved back to Nebraska to attend University of Nebraska Medical Center. Shortly after that, my daughter, a toddler at the time, had her own health crisis shortly after a routine wellness visit. It was then that I began exploring other systems of medicine.
Real health for my family was a lifestyle change in many ways, as we integrated multiple modalities of holistic + homeopathic medicine to heal her. With this came years of research and learning about the many forms of healing.

I am a researcher and learner at heart, so in 2012, I furthered my knowledge by attending the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, where I became a Certified Health Coach. Shortly after, I received my Doula Certification through Childbirth International,  as well my certification as a Homeopathic Pharmacist through two wonderful homeopaths from the Hahnemann Center for Heilkunst. In 2016, I completed Arcturus Star’s Level 1 Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy program.

While living in Nebraska, I was incredibly blessed to attend births in both the home and hospital settings, as well as practice as a Homeopathic Pharmacist for 7 years, while coaching clients through their health struggles as a Lymphatic Enhancement Therapist. To satisfy the crafty part of my brain, I grew a ridiculous amount of elderberries in my backyard and spent winters shipping elderberry syrup all over the United States!

In 2020, after an accumulation of life stressors, as well as transitioning out of pregnancy and breastfeeding, my family moved to Florida, and my own health struggles started to surface.
The all-too-familiar combination of burnout, Lyme, EBV, and mold have been an even deeper dive into physical and emotional health and healing.

Outside of soaking in the sun, grounding at the beach, and chasing after 3 active, wonderful children with my husband, the past few years have been spent learning about trauma, bioresonance therapies, psychoneuroimmunology, and the importance of the nervous system.

In early 2022, I found CBH and am so grateful for not only the scans and remedies, but also for the care that Samantha has for each of our clients!
